- How do the mitts attach to the door handle?
- Door Mitts slide or snap or velcro, depending on the style, snugly on your existing door handle and require no permanent adhesion or removal of your handle.
- Can they easily be unsnapped or stolen from my handle?
- Theft of mitts has not been a problem in our experience generally because only other business owners would have an interest in their use. Our mitts can be made semi-permanent by applying a small drop of Gorilla Glue (brown) into each snap and securing to door. The mitts can be cut off in the future if their removal is ever necessary.
- How do you clean the mitts?
- Our door handle covers are durable and easy to clean. Simply wipe with soap and water or disinfecting wipes. Material won’t wear off or tear like other door handle covers do. They will last for years saving you money.
- Do you offer a warranty?
- Yes.. We guarantee our mitts’ seams from coming apart for 6 months. Any damaged mitts can be returned for repair or if unrepairable we will replace.
- How quickly can I expect my order to ship out?
- We normally ship out regular orders within 1-3 days. We ship from Las Vegas, Nevada.
- Do you have a return policy?
- If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you have a 30 day money back guarantee (minus shipping charges). Customer pays for all return shipping charges.
